2016 Winnebago Travato Class B

Camper vanDraper, UT
4 guests
Sleeps 2
21 ft. long

The Travato is a class B coach built upon a ProMaster platform (conversion van). It is built for active couples wanting to see the country, perfect for long weekends or for weeks at a time if you decide to base camp. What's includedWe will provide one set of linen for the bed. Blankets, towels and wash cloths can be provided but only upon request.RecommendationsSince the Travato is an extended van conversion, it can be a bit cramped on trips more than 3-4 days. You'll need to be prepared to manage all the on-board systems like the holding tanks, the two coach batteries (solar charging), the hot water heater, the fridge and waste dumping.Other things to noteWe prefer to rent only to active couples without passengers or children.I have removed the kayak and rear bike rack for fear of damaging the vehicle. If you need a bike rack I offer a receiver mounted two-bike rack - just let me know.We usually do not allow the use of the awning. Of all the likely repairs to a rented van or RV, the awning is the most frequently damaged item. We hope you understand.

ABSee Properties LLC was established to allow us to offer our property for lease as an added measure of income. Additionally, we rent trailer storage space on our property for those in in community who don't have their own space.

0. We will only rent for two passengers. The coach is just to small for more.
1. Treat this RV like it's your mother's.
2. Don't trust the back up camera - if you are unsure when backing up, have a passenger spot you (without running them over LOL).
3. All passengers must legally wear seat belts (four maximum).
4. Be extra careful not to loose the keys.
5. Keep track of anything you believe you broke - please don't make us have to call you when we find out.
6. It's best to drive at posted speed limits, but it doesn't hurt to go a bit slower. After all you are on vacation - enjoy the scenery.
7. If you have to dump the holding tanks, follow the GoogleDoc instructions we provide.
8. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the RV.
9. Absolutely NO PETS inside the RV.
10. The coach must be vented when using the stove top.
11. If you loose all the auxiliary power (lights, fan, power step etc) you probably tripped the switch to off that is located at the base of the stove/counter on your left as you enter the sliding door (it's in a terrible place).
12. Absolutely NO OFF-ROADING - stay on established, maintained, state, county roads. Well groomed and maintained dirt roads are okay.
13. If the check engine light comes on, pull over ASAP and call me using the emergency cell number I will provide.
14. Do not climb on the roof.
15. I prefer the awning not be used. However, if you can show me you know how to properly use it I will allow it.
16. You should reasonably expect to spend two hours with me at pickup but if you watch the videos I send before you arrive we should be able to get you on the road sooner.
17. I do have a "day job". I like to schedule pick up during my lunch break any time between 11a-1p. However I can be somewhat flexible if you want a very early pickup. I get asked often about picking up the night before. A day before pickup is the same as renting one more day, so unless you want to extend your contract I have to politely ask that you not ask:)
