*Awning outside with LEDRecommendations*The RV will be clean and tidy upon pickup, and all black and gray water tanks will be cleaned and emptied.
A $40 cleaning fee will be charged if the black or gray water tank is not dumped upon return.
*Stains from normal indoor use do not require deep cleaning, but if the interior has a lot of dirt, sand, or very serious stains, we will charge a $50 detail cleaning fee.
*When you pick up, the RV will be equipped with at least half a tank of propane, no need to refill. If you need more propane, we will also provide you with $40 per tank.Other things to note⚠️ We are flexible with pickup from 10AM-3PM But,Because we are parking at storage which closes at 6PM. So the latest drop off time is 5PM
