Sleeping capacity for 6+ people. Our rig has tons of storage space inside and out for all your family and adventure gear! At 29.5' this RV is very spacious but still easy to drive and park!

When you begin a trip you want to be ready to go, so we include at no charge; linens, pillows, towels & washcloths, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, kitchen knives, can opener, wine/bottle opener, french press, salt & pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, hand vacuum, cleaning supplies, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, first-aid kit, Mag-Light flashlight, two outdoor folding tables (with tablecloths), outdoor rug/mat and four camp chairs. If you would like other items, please let us know upon booking and we will make every effort to provide them for you!

Durango is the quintessential mountain resort town, featuring world class river rafting, fishing, boating, rock climbing, mountain biking & hiking, amazing hot springs and a period steam train voted the number 1 scenic railway in North America. Main street harkens back to the wild west mining days, with bustling saloons, period hotels and a plethora of phenomenal restaurants to choose from!
You cannot top Durango as a vacation home-base since it is a mere 35 miles from Mesa Verde NP, 50 miles from Pagosa Hot Springs and the gateway to the majestic San Juan mountains - the American 'Swiss Alps'. There are also many ancient puebloan ruins within a half day drive.
Other destinations within easy reach in a motorhome include; Zion, Bryce, Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Rocky Mountain, Dinosaur, Great Sand Dunes and Grand Canyon National Parks.

Other things to note
Prior to return, the gas and propane tanks should be filled. Black tank (sewage) and grey water (waste water) tanks should be emptied. If you would like us to take care of dumping / filling the tanks we can gladly do it for small fees (please see add on's). Please return the RV reasonably clean (floors mopped & swept, dishes washed, counters wiped etc.) If you would like us to clean the unit for you please select the cleaning fee in the add-on section. In order to keep the unit pristine pets and smoking are not allowed. The deposit will be forfeited if smoking is suspected.
Due to safety concerns, the roof is not accessible and the ladder is not to be climbed.
Please do not leave the unit unattended when the awning is out and retract in moderate to high winds.
