Like new, super nice! We have loved using this year and opening it up for rental to the public! You’ll love staying on the memory foam topped king size bed. Two double beds at the rear and the “couch” folds down into one as well. If you have more guests, you can put an air mattress in it on the floor, plenty of room. Will include camping chairs and a fold out table or two if needed. Direct gas hook up for your grill and 2 large LPG tanks mounted. Outdoor shower to keep the mess out and decent size shower with good water pressure. Lots of accent lighting inside and out. All the tools you need to level and go full hook ups if you choose.
If you book for a RV park and choose for delivery and pick up, I’ll have it set up for you upon arrival as well as a walk thru! Heating, ac, and ceiling fan keep you cozy! Speakers inside and out. Connect up to 2 devices at once. My favorite part, black out shades on all windows!!Comes fully equipped with soap, dishes, cooking pots/pans and utensils. Towels if needed.This is for delivery only. Will deliver anywhere, app limits me to 120 miles but will go further, if willing to pay.
