5.0Overall a great experience. All van components worked as expected. The brake pedal depressed more than I am used to, but the van stopped just fine once I got used to it. At pick-up the windows were amazingly spotless. The van was clean both inside and out. One thing that could be improved is Outdoorsy listed the pick-up location as Brian’s residence, which is incorrect. It should changed to Brian’s business location.
