Fear not, we have outfitted our motorhome to make it easy for anyone to feel comfortable driving! With excellent mirrors, a backup camera, self leveling system (this is the best!), and cruise control, a first time driver will feel like a pro.Now, onto the important stuff, ever gotten into an RV and thought, how can multiple people comfortably vacation in here!? Well we promise you won’t feel that way in this motorhome. With the slideouts, you’ll have more than enough space for a laid-back stay. There’s room to comfortably sleep 6: the queen bed located on a slide out and the king+ overhead bunk are always ready to go and you have the option of easily converting the couch and dinette into additional sleeping spots. This house on wheels has more storage space than you could imagine, and with add-on options to tailor your trip you are guaranteed to have a fantastic vacation! Bring your family and set your destination on fun!Pick-up and Drop-off Hours are limited to 9a-4p Mon-Sun. Exceptions only made with prior approval. What's includedThe RV comes with the following amenities:
Full Kitchen: Dish ware and cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, large sink
Comfortable living area: U shaped dinette, loveseat(+) sized couch, TV and DVD player.
Bathroom : shower, toilet, bathroom sink
Other: generator and solar for relaxing out in the great wide open without hookups and propane furnace, electric awning.
Air-conditioning requires 30amp hookup. 25 ft hookup cable and surge protector supplied.Other things to noteDue to covid, we kindly ask all renters to bring their own bedding and towels.

Rules and policies
Supplied surge protector must be used when hooked up to 30amp service. Only RV toilet paper may be used with the toilet. 4 roles will be supplied. Renter must acquire any additional paper needed. RV compliant toilet paper is the only non-organic matter that may be deposited into the holding tank. Solid matter must not be washed down any drain. Put all food waste in garbage. Pets are limited to only small breed dogs, up to 40lbs. No other pets permitted, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. No Smoking, no vaping, and no drug use permitted within vehicle. No off-road travel permitted. RV may only be driven on graded surfaces. No fires or candles allowed inside RV. No climbing or sitting on the roof permitted. Holding tanks must be returned empty. If not returned empty there will be a $100 dumping feee withheld from deposit. If any of these rules are found to be broken, additional fees will be withheld from your security deposit.
