We ask that the trailer be returned in the same condition as rental pickup: all items cleaned, floors swept or mopped, counters and stove wiped down. If a deep cleaning is needed after your rental, an hourly fee of $100 will be charged for however long it takes to return the RV to its prior condition. NO SMOKING in the RV, this will incur a $500 deep cleaning fee!Delivery/Pick up fee includes transport to and from your campsite, leveling and stabilizing trailer, and show you how to use the features.Short wheel based vehicles such as an SUV must have an equalizer hitch to pull the RV.
