This travel trailer features 3 slides, a private bunk room with 3 bunks and a couch that converts to a double bed and a wall mounted TV. The bunk room has its own private full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and separate door to exit the trailer.
The dinette converts to a bed or use as an additional seating area. The living area has two comfortable reclining chair's a 50 inch smart TV located above the fireplace. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and wall mounted TV. There is a second full bathroom with a sizeable shower located right outside the master bedroom. The main door is located next to the kitchen. The kitchen features an island with a large sink, good size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop and microwave. The kitchen is fully loaded with cookware, plates, silverware, drinkware, coffee maker and cups and more. There is plenty of space for your dry and canned goods in the pantry.
Worried about storage for multiple tenants? Don't! There is plenty of storage space. located in the bunk room, master bedroom, under the dinette and kitchen.
Being in nature is why we come to this site, right? Entertain outdoors with the large awning that provides plenty of shelter from rain or shine!! There's nothing better than cooking breakfast, hamburgers and/or steak on the outdoor convertible griddle/grill. The outdoor kitchen is also equipped with a fridge for food and beverages. The trailer also features outdoor bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music.Time for the rules!
Now these ones aren't meant to be broken.....We want your trip to be fun and safe, so please read thoroughly.
- Most importantly, we are dog friendly! (no cats, due to owner allergies) We know how important it is for us to travel with our fur babies and want you to be able to do the same! We just ask that you understand how important it is to be responsible dog parents and make sure that if your small dog likes to be on the furniture that it is covered with the provided blanket at all times. We ask that large dogs stay off the furniture to avoid damage. Please clean up after your fur babies as they are unable to do it themselves. Any excess mess will reflect in the extra cleaning fee charge.
- Absolutely NO Festivals!!
- We have a very Strick NO Smoking policy!! If there is any evidence that there was smoking inside the trailer, we will take the entire deposit.
- Active use of the awning is permitted. Just be sure to bring it back in when you leave the trailer and when it gets windy to avoid very expensive damage. Keeping it up in the rain is fine as long as you tilt it to one side using the adjustment of each side (we will go through this with you during the walkthrough).
- Going on the roof IS NOT permitted as we want you and the sensitive roofing materials to stay undamaged.
-Please keep the trailer clean and treat it as if it were you own. If it is in and excessively dirty state, and additional cleaning fee will be applied.
- Do not place any hot pots/pans or other hot devices directly on the counters throughout the trailer including the dinette, This will result in expensive damage. Hot pads and trivets will be provided for you.Trailers can be confusing sometimes so we will make sure we do a walkthrough upon delivery to make sure that you know the ins and outs! And of course we will be available through the entirety of your stay via phone to make sure that we can answer any questions you may have.What's includedProviding the essentials and more is important to us to make sure that you don't have to pack much!!
