Our camper was clean and was set up when we arrived. Had a small issue with the water heater not heating but the host was very responsive and came out the same day and fixed it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the outdoor kitchen grill was covered in rust and not usable without extensive cleaning. That didn't effect our trip I had my own grill.

We are so appreciative of Tim letting us use his camper on our epic Wild West Adventure!! He was a wonderful host, very informative, patient and accommodating. We’d never rented a camper before, never used a newer one like his and had also never been in a trip this intensive and he was there for us before, during and after our trip. The camper itself was very roomy (perfect for 4 people in their own beds), equipped with everything we needed and easy to set up and break down every day (we got lots of practice). Thank you so much for being such a great part of our adventure!

Great host! Bryan was responsive and super chill when we told him about a mishap on our trip. I would suggest checking to make sure propane is full if planning to use as both tanks we had were empty when we tried using them.
