Host was very nice and polite and accommodating. The van was very clean and functional and efficiently designed. Not to mention we had a great campsite and clear weather.

My experience with this van and John were so good that my gf and I have decided that this type of vehicle is the only way we want to take road trips from now on. John did an excellent job of making sure I understood all the functions and features of operation and comfort. I really liked how I could use electricity all day and night and never get a sense of scarcity. The solar did a great job keeping up and refilling to 100% by noon everyday (in Colorado sun that is) my only complaint, and I believe its a fairy easy fix, are the cabinet doors. We found them frustratingly difficult to open. Maybe there's a trick we didn't understand, or maybe I should just be a rock climber with diamond creating grip strength. But I imagine adding some additional pull handles or something would make all the difference.
