We bought this trailer to stay in while my husband finished school at UCC. It has all the comforts of home, including a washer & dryer, kitchen sized Fridge and walk in stand up shower. Double slide outs in the living room make the living space feel so much bigger. The televator let’s you choose your view. Lots of windows for natural light. Central heating and air help keep the temperature you prefer. What questions do you have for me?What's includedBedding and towels included. 2-4 camping chairs included.RecommendationsI recommend staying where it is parked now, there is a put n chip golf course in the backyard, It is on the Umpqua River with River Access for swimming or floating. Great fishing during the season. 130 Acres of hiking trail leads right off the property.Other things to noteNo smoking,vaping, e cigarettes allowed in trailer. It could result in additional cleaning charges if smell is present.
