Frequently asked questions

Q.

Does your camper have a shower?

A.

No, it does not.

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

If you mean flexibility for pick up/drop off at our home, very flexible, as long as it is done during daylight hours; if you mean for delivery, that depends greatly on when you want it. At our house, you need to allow time to review the camper instructions and inspect it, as well as plenty of time to set the camper up at your site. You probably want to allow time to drive to your site and set up camp during the daylight. Upon return we need to inspect the camper during daylight hours.

Q.

What is the weight capacity of the bunk beds?

A.

Per the owner's manual. The fold down cabinet bunks will only hold 100 lbs.

Q.

Does the air-conditioner run on battery?

A.

No! The air conditioner runs on electricity from either a 30-amp electrical hook up (e.g. campground hookup) or a generator.

Meet your host, Laura

We are a family with six children, most of them are now grown or in school. We love going camping! When the children were little we camped with multiple tents, now we use a camper. Our favorite trip was to South Dakota and on to Yellowstone Park where it snowed during our stay! Since we live on a hobby farm, we have a horse, 2 cows, 7 goats, 9 chickens, 6 ducks, 2 dogs and 13 cats! and we are mouse free ; )
