Full bathroom with 6 gal water heater for quick showers. Flat screen tv with hdmi ports for a Firestick or Roku on rainy nights. Stereo with bluetooth and speakers inside and out. Power slideout, awning, jackstand, and stabilizers. Outdoor LED lightstrip under awning. Plenty of storage throughout. Large hidden pantry behind tv and electric fireplace. Water hose, 30ft of sewer pipe, 90 degree sewer elbow, leveling pads. And plenty of wood blocks. Stainless microwave, fridge/freezer, and 3 burner cook top with oven. Outdoor kitchen has small fridge and additional 2 cook top gas grill. Outdoor shower to rinse feet or wash off gear. I will deliver and set up within 30 miles of Greene NY, IF, your schedule coincides with my work/family schedule. The rates are fixed and on the listing, please dont ask to change them. If you want me to deliver outside the 30 mile range and on days that I have to work, additional compensation will be required upfront and in cash to cover all missed hours of my job. What's included
Two 20 gal propane tanks will be filled by me for each trip for hot water and furnace if its cold at night. I will also do a thorough video inspection with you pre trip as well as a detailed overview of hook up, set up, and camper functions.
I DO NOT have a sewer caddy, so I highly recommend sites with full hook ups, because black and gray tanks fill up fast with a family of 4. Other things to noteNo smoking or pets please. If you have little ones that struggle with bed wetting please provide and use incontinence pads or water proof mattress protectors.Please have an electronic brake control on your tow vehicle.
