Really wanted this to be a 5. Annual event we attend often. Pros: Good layout for group of 7. Bed linens included. Calendar day vs 24hr clock means less pressure. Flexible pickup and return. Rate was good for us. Cons: Comms were slow. Always got a response but it took days. 2 days before pickup he hadn't spoken w/the driver, and I was traveling. He did not give us a number to call. Found out at pickup that we were not allowed to use the pantry or the cabinets in the kitchen. Only had access to the small under sink cab. Where do we store food for 7 people? 1 extra roll of toilet paper. 2 towels were all I found. We lost power our 1st morning so no fridge/freezer. These generally auto switch to LP but did not. No water pump for flushing the toilet or water in either sink. No lights. No AC. We did not find a generator but someone had a portable. That overloaded and tripped. 3 people who have/had trailers did everything they could to find issue, checked all of the fuses, etc. Closing the slide for transit ... Cell service is sketchy in many places in MT and our location was 1 of them. Calling and getting dropped mid-call seemed possibly more upsetting to owner than dealing w/issue and advising on return. We were w/a larger group so we had options. Solo trip would have been much more difficult. Really disappointing.

Communication with owner was great. He set the trailer up at our home and took it all down. We used the trailer for extra sleeping space and it worked out perfectly. And I would use it again if I needed to. Thanks! Awesome job 👍
