3.0Communication with Jordan was quick. Very accommodating with pick up and drop off. Great trailer if you are planning to connect to hookups. The trailer is more worn than the pictures show, peeling cabinets Which did not affect the use of the trailer. It was nice to have linens supplied. The batteries on the trailer need to be replaced. We did not go to a camping site with hookups. Jordan provides a generator but it needed to constantly run to keep the fridge running. At night the batteries did not keep the fridge running. We woke up after the first night to a warm fridge and defrosting freezer. The constantly running generator detracted from our experience. The trailer was also not stocked with the kitchen items in the photos. Half the items were missing.
