The dinette sliding out creates just enough space for everyone to move around, without adding a bunch of weight. This unit comes stocked with cookware, dishes for four, cutlery, a coffee maker (single cup, pod style or ground,) propane, and cleaning supplies. The unit is also equipped with an electric awning, LED lights inside and out, dual zone soundbar (with radio, bluetooth, auxillary and Hdmi inputs that also plays sound from the tv,) water heater, television, HD tv antenna, fresh water supply if needed, and everything needed for towing and setup.Please note that linens are not included. With four units to maintain, keeping track of and cleaning linens is not feasible for us at this time. Pillows are included. Evidence of linens not being used will result in a deduction from renter's deposit.
We provide cleaning supplies and ask that you utilize them in returning the unit in as close to the condition you received it as possible. We do not charge a cleaning fee for this reason, but one will be deducted from your deposit if the unit is returned in unsatisfactory condition.Furnace has been replaced with an electric fireplace, so power IS required to provide heat. This is a result of parts backorder on the manufacturer's behalf and gas heat will be reinstalled as soon as possible.
