30 days prior to Pickup there will be a $150 cancellation fee

REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT
The following charges will be deducted from your security deposit:

*Failure to fill fuel tank will result in $25 fee plus cost of fuel.
*Excessive cleaning, odor or evidence of pets will result in a minimum of $300 Professional Cleaning Fee

A security deposit of $500 will be due 3 days before pickup and will be used towards any damages or excessive cleaning to the RV upon your return. A reservation deposit of $300 is also required to guarantee your reservation, but will be used towards your total rental invoice. Estimated charges are due when the unit is picked up. In the result of filing a insurance claim the deductible can be up to $2000.

The above charges, and the cost of repairs for damages deemed to be the customer's responsibility, will be deducted from the security deposit.

Your $500.00 security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of your return date, provided the recreational vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it went out and subject to the charges outlined above. If your charges exceed your security deposit, you will be responsible for paying the excess balance owed.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE VEHICLES IF NECESSARY
Substitutions are made only when absolutely necessary. Advanced notification is given whenever possible. In the event a vehicle of the same or higher value cannot be provided and we cannot fulfill your reservation, we will refund all monies received from you to date.
