Sorry no pets, no smoking & no towing. The roof of the RV is off limits. Unit must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up. We rented the Forest River FR3 class A motorhome for two weeks to Key West. In south Alabama we noticed all the tires were bald or below the legal tread depth. After much frustration with your rental manger and our stress driving all the way to Key west on bald tires, it pretty much ruined our vacation. All six tires were changed in Key West and the tire changer was shocked to see exposed radial belt on a front tire. You put our lives in danger and your rental manger could care less and is incompetent. We have photographs of the tires and the tire changer also provided the photos to Jake your rental manger.

My only complaint was that repairs were not completed on passenger seat and oven was non working due to that broken too!!
