Great size, under 30ft to fit into more spots in the park but also roomy inside and very maneuverable. Low miles and in great shape. Has the overhead bed, dinette bed and the queen bed in the back. Could sleep 5-6 comfortably. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Has seat belts for 6. Perfect size for taking anywhere.

- Must be 25 or older to rent and drive the RV
-Renter is responsible for Interior cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, dishes, garbage etc. A check list will be provided.
-If cleaning add-on is selected then the renter is only responsible for emptying the fridge, taking out the trash and cleaning any dishes that were used.
-If cleaning add-on is not selected and the Unit is not returned clean, the renter will be charged the cleaning fee(or a prorated amount) plus $100

- Prep fee: $75.00. This fee covers Laundry, Consumables, Propane,etc. This fee doesn't include interior cleaning, it must be cleaned prior to returning. You can select the cleaning add-on if you do not wish to clean.
