Split bath floor plan. 50 gallon fresh water tank. Generator. AC/Heater/water heater. Large refrigerator, 3 burner stove, overhead microwave & kitchen pantry and lots of additional storage cabinets. Huge underneath basement storage. What's includedComes with a fold out 6' table, Ice chest, Blackstone 2 table top burner grill, all hook up accessories (30amp plug, septic hoses, water hose and filter). Kitchen utensils, pots & pans, silverware, can opener, wine opener, cutting boards. 1 paper towel roll and 2 rolls of septic RV toilet paper. Dish soap & sponge. 2 trash bags. RecommendationsRenters provide own linens & towels. Renters may need additional septic RV toilet paper (only use RV toilet paper). Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking.
