Backing-up will be a breeze with the reverse camera on the In-dash touch screen, AM/FM, CD/DVD player, Blue-Tooth capable, USB and AUX ports to charge your smart phone/e passenger car seat can swivel around to face the back.All the comforts of glamping. This vehicle also has a 6'5" head room clearance so you can stand up fully. Sleeps 2 adults on the foldout couch (queen bed) and 2 small children or 1 adult on the overhead bunk (full bed). Enjoy a floor heater, Air Conditioner, 3 way 2.7cu ft refrigerator (AC/DC/propane) (with small freezer section), 2 burner gas stove, microwave, with hot/cold water kitchen sink. Includes silverware and dishes for 4, coffee maker, cutting boards, knives, pots and pans, spatula, cooking spoon, tongs, can opener, 1 paper towel, 2 toilet paper rolls, small bathroom trashcan, sponge, dish and hand soap. There are 2 tables that can be set up for dinning. It has plenty of storage Bedding available upon request. Has 1 automatic exhaust fan. Toilet and shower with a curtain between the main cabin for privacy. Premium-grade sun deflating tinted windows for additional privacy.Pullout awning to provide protection against the sun. All hook ups (sewer, power, water) hoses included, as well as emergency cables and leveling blocks. Includes 2nd battery to power interior if not plugged in (does not run microwave). For your dry-camping needs, you will conveniently find a push-start button inside the van to start up an Onan 2800 MicroQuiet Generator, that will power entire van when not hooked-up. Additional storage that attaches to the tow hitch available upon request.Will allow up to 1 small dog (pet fee required). NO smoking in the RV. Full tank of gas at pick up. Please return with a full tank or there is a $4.00 per gallon charge to refill. Mileage per day is 150 and .40c per mile there after. The RV will be spotless inside and out at pick up. Please return it clean (with all trash disposed of) or there will be an additional $50 per hour cleaning fee. Current U.S. drivers license and current proof of insurance is required to pick up the vehicle.We are flexible with pickup and drop off times.
