Great Lightweight Travel Trailer for your Weekend adventure or long trip! All Loaded it’s only 3300lbs and easily towable with most SUVs. Also a Generator as well as Solar Panels making it easy to power the lights and Radio on board. Has Bluetooth as well! Generator available for extra charge to power AC anywhere! Heater runs on Propane In the winter! I make pickup and drop off easy and will be happy to show you how to work everything on board if you have questions.
Fresh water tank full for shower and sink that also run on propane and battery. Propane Tank Full and ready to cook on stove top burners or hot water. Generator available for extra charge but Solar Panels Make ancillary lighting/stereo easy to use if you don’t have hook ups. Coffee Maker included just BYO Coffee Beans/grounds. If Comfortable and Possibly to empty Septic Black Tanks that’s fine but if I empty tanks I get charged by the City and have to Charge $50 to empty.

The trailer was returned to the owner on Saturday 11/5/22 due to mechanical issues.
Returned complete with no damage gray and black water drained.

While we are sorry you were able to maximize enjoyment out of our trailer, the claim was that the heater didn’t work and all that was needed was to turn the propane tank to open. It is Certainly our fault for not making proper arrangements to adequately train you on operation of components but important to be clear that there are no mechanical issues with the trailer. Thanks

I had a great time in a last minute getaway in this little RV. Kyle and Kali were extremely responsive and helpful, dropping the RV off, getting me fully set up, and critically, immediately answering questions during my trip. It was the perfect setup for my dog and I and easily accommodated unexpected niece and nephew sleepovers from the RV next door. I highly recommend The Little Giant!

Such a wonderful trip with our family! The trailer is in on great condition, very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. Kyle was so wonderful and treated us like family. They explained everything to us and we were able to get quick communication for last minute needs! I highly suggest this trailer for a family of 4!
