The air conditioner can stand up to the hottest of days. Master bedroom is completely private with a 2nd seperate entrance. Also equipped with an electric awning. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are up to date with new batteries. We can deliver for a fee depending on ease bring your own llines or we can supply them for a fee.
