The trailer is fully stocked and ready to go. 12' slide out for added room, 14' awning. 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds that sleep 4, pullout couch and dining room table folds down. Sleeps 6 comfortable, 8 if you have small kids that will fit on the couch or fold down table. 49 gallon fresh water, 39 gallon sewage and 39 gallon black water tank, 6 gallon water heater. New tires. Trailer is deep cleaned after each use. Equalizer hitch is provided. Please do not show up in a small SUV expecting to tow, you will be turned away. Examples, Dodge Durango, Ford Explorer, Chevy Trailblazer, etc. 1/2 ton or larger full size truck/SUV required for your safety. I tow with my F150 just fine.
What's includedJust about everything you need is included. Loaded with dutch ovens, 3 burner camp chef stove, griddle, chairs, hot dog sticks, utensils, cooking utensils, bedding for the master bedroom is sanitized after each use (no bedding for the bunk beds), upgraded super comfortable queen mattress. Solar power allows TV/DVD/RADIO to be played without shore power or generator, most electrical outlets run off solar power as well to charge cell phones, or other devices. Solar will not run AC or Microwave. 3400 watt dual fuel (gas or propane) generator is available to rent for an additional $10 per night which will run AC or microwave, but not both at the same time. Propane is included and no need to refill the tanks after your trip.Other things to noteI work full time, so delivery is not an option. Dogs are ok, no cats as family members are allergic. No smoking/vaping, this will result in forfeiture of entire deposit. Trailer returned dirty/not cleaned results in $30 hour cleaning fee. Sewage and blackwater not emptied results in $50 flat fee to empty.
