The lower bed folds out to benches with a full table that set's up between them. There are also two rocking swivel chairs with a movable table between them right behind the 45" TV. There is a built in Onan generator and 440 watts of solar panels charging 2 deep cycle 6 volt batteries for power. There are railings around the drop down patio for family time in the outdoors while still keeping the little ones close and safe. The cargo area is 14'-4" deep. There is a 16' power retractable awning with outdoor speakers. There is led lighting throughout. What's included4 camp chairs, folding outdoor table, cookware, utensils, linens are all provided. RecommendationsI have taken this trailer to many of the national and state parks as well as forest service campgrounds. This trailer is great because it is not too large to fit in most campsites. Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, St George, Escalante, Grand Tetons, Glacier, Island Park, Ephriam Canyon, High Uintahs, American Fork Canyon and the Arapeen Trail have all been great adventures. There have been some outings to campsites with full service hookups and others that were dispersed camping on BLM or forest service land. Other things to note4 hours of generator time included.
