Spud is a brand new 4WD Mercedes Benz High Top Camper van. He is large and potato colored which is how he got his name. He features a custom, professional conversion fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, a spacious eating/working area, and a lavish kitchen space with a fridge and freezer. There is also tons of storage space underneath for all your adventure gear. There is an outdoor shower.This custom rig is jam-packed with high-end components such as a furnace/water heater system, captain chair, two burner induction stove top and custom wood cabinetry with locking mechanisms for easy driving. Morgan an excellent host, easy to communicate with, rv was very clean and well equipped, drives and runs well. Systems are newer and for the most part work well, bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of items out for maintenance when we had the RV, the awning and sink drain, but otherwise everything was great.

Spud (and Morgan) were great. Easy to maneuver, full of items that made camping easy, and the bed was comfy. It was easy to drive and Morgan was very responsive. I really appreciate her stepping in last minute after our first rental didn’t work out! The only thing that could be improved is the maintenance of the van. There are a few things inside that need to be fixed and the drawers open while driving.

As a result of my travel experience in the van, I’ve made all of the tweaks that make the van as comfortable, well appointed, and easy for travel…and to meet my high standards. Now we own a home in Livingston, Montana, and I want to bring that freedom to renters looking to experience it!
