1989 Lance Truck Camper

Truck CamperLos Angeles, CA
Sleeps 3
24 ft. long
Pet friendly

The Camper is very nice but not perfect, so I'll list the downsides first for aware decision making :) Things that don't currently work and on my list to fix- radio, fans, electric charging sockets, solar panel battery charger.
-There is a piece of siding coming off of the camper. For this reason, I don't allow renters to take the camper off the truck, but it doesn't pose any other safety issues besides being a bit ugly.
-Generator has been working sometimes but not all the time. It power the AC, water pump, etc. Fridge & fans still work great
-Truck blinker doesn't always blink, it will stay one color sometimes
-Key in ignition is a little sticky and you have to sometimes jiggle the shifter to start it.
Camper Description:
White Ford F350 carrying old school camper. Its a strong truck and you can fit up to 5 people comfortably in the cab, or fit a ton of personal stuff in the back row of seats. The camper extends about 3 feet off the back of the 8 foot truck bed and it is rigged with an extra long tow hitch so you can tow trailers or vehicles behind you if you wish. Truck and camper comes with some basic tools like tire pressure gauge, duct tape, measuring tape, hammer, bungee cords. The camper can not currently be removed from the truck bed!
The camper sleeps 2-4 people. It has one large cab-over bed that fits two people with a 2ft sq. sun roof over it, which is very nice to open in the mornings and pop your head out of to look on a beautiful landscape. The living room/ dinette also converts into a 1-person bed, and a storage shelf above the dinette comes down to convert into a bunk bed which can hold another up to 90 lb child or person. There are room separators for privacy between the compartments. Comes with bedding! The kitchen is great for the size of this rig. There is a working microwave, 4 burner stove, oven, 2 compartment sink, fridge, freezer, and lots of cabinet space. The home comes equipped with a set of cooking equipment- cutlery, knife and cutting board, pots & pans, a few dishes & cups etc. There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and cabinet. The camper holds about 5 gallons of water, and has a water heater with large grey and black-water tanks. There are gauges to show how full your tanks and your battery are. There is an awning that rolls out on the outside of the camper. Custom welding securely fits two 5-gallon propane tanks which will keep you running out in nature for weeks on end. it is fitted with working AC and heating. The camper gets power from the F350 truck, and it charges the second battery as you drive. The generator is needed to run the AC, microwave, water heater, and water pump. There is lots of cabinet space!Downsides!
