1997 Ford Econoline 150
Hey, brand new listing here! This is my simple and reliable Ford camper van. I just recently bought it and spent the last month turning it into the ideal getaway van. All in all, it is really just a two-seater van with a queen bed in the back, insulated and decorated for a cozy driving and sleeping experience during your getaway. In this van, there is no kitchen, bathroom, living room, or any other usual household amenities. But, for whatever it lacks, you save on rental price. If you are an outdoors enthusiast like myself, then you know that most of your trip's hours are spent either outdoors, driving, and sleeping. With that, this van is purposed entirely for outdoor adventures, a rig that can get you in and out of any remote location while providing a prime sleeping experience. The pictures speak for themselves!I've upgraded the mattress to a brand-new Queen Memory Foam with new pillows, sheets, mattress topper/protector, and new duvet and duvet cover. Everything you see in the pictures is included with renting the rig.Reasons I love this rig:
- Easy to drive
- Good on gas
- Feels like a cozy cabin
- Very well-lit
- Easy to use, lovely to sleep inWhat's includedThere isn't a lot to this rig, but will you have what you need...
1) Comfy, Queen-size Memory Foam mattress, all-new white duvet/duvet cover, pillows and sheets, fresh for every new rental
2) Two cozy vintage driver/passenger seats for the drive
3) Fully insulated with soft wood paneling all around the rear cabin and floor
4) Rocket box with all of the storage you will need
5) Propane-powered stove with two burners
6) Paper blinds for all windows, curtain in front for full privacy
7) An array of LED lighting all powered by AA batteries to light up the entire cabin with extra batteries on hand.
8) I can include camping chairs, sleeping bags, cooler or extra padding if you need for no extra charge
9) Slide-out cubbies underneath bed for food/clothing storage
10) Jumper cables, tape, and many other items you may need
11) A reliable and powerful V8 engine with tow hitch if you wish to tow anything RecommendationsI've been traveling around the outskirts of Los Angeles for a few years now. Joshua Tree, Big Sur, campgrounds up highway 2, Palm Springs, and anywhere away from the city is exactly what I've intended this van for. I've been doing it in my small Subaru Outback for years, but I just wanted something more comfortable and spacious that I could still take anywhere away from civilization.Take it somewhere pretty, go explore, return and cuddle up to a beautiful view! Other things to noteI am forced to say no to pets since I am allergic to animal fur myself, but message me if you have any animal that you think could be an exception (e.g. hypo-allergenic dog, minimal shedding dog, or small outdoor dog with cart)No smoking inside of this rig.
