If you want to hit the road without alot of hassle, this mini motorhome is just for you. Built specifically for the lite traveler it sleeps 4 (2 in the Penthouse and 2 below, its the sto and go rv. With a push of a button the Penthouse opens up and is accessible by the built in ladder (300lb max weight), has 2 end windows, a vent and a light . Open up the sliding doors and there is the standard bench seat in the rear with seatbelts, and in front are 3 fcushions (stacked) that expand to make a full size bed. Underneath the bed is storage space for your personal items, the dining table, and van accessories ie extra stove top and hose. Open up the back of the van and you have a small kitchenette, there's a mini fridge (lid opens up) , a pull out one burner stove that runs off of propane canister, a small stainless sink with pump handle , a fresh(5 gal) and gray water tank. There is also a small storage space for your dishes, etc. The appliances run off of an extra 12 Volt Gel Battery. There is no 30 AMP hook up. No heat or AC other than what is standard in the van up in the dash. note: there is no 30 Amp hookups or Generator on board. 12 Volt only. Average mpg 25.Our pet policy: $50.00 non refundable per trip. Damages or extra cleaning fees will apply . Rental prices are based on single family,2 adults and 2 children 16 and under. fees. Extra $25.00/day per adult. Linens , dishes etc not included .
