This camper van has an incredible conversion - fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, shower, toilet, kitchenette, and solar energy! A true tiny home on wheels!Switch up your work-from-home setup and work-from-Anywhere! We are more than happy to include a hotspot (for an additional fee) if you don't have your own, giving you the freedom to set up your office wherever the van can take you! This camper van comes fully equipped with 110V outlets throughout, you're able to utilize the built-in dinette and solar energy or enjoy the outdoor area using the shade of our electric awning.Wake up to a fresh cup of French-pressed coffee or delicious chamomile tea. Take a hot water shower in the middle of a National Park while listening to the birds chirping outside. The Alpine is extremely drivable and fits into most standard parking spaces! For longer trips, consider taking the Alpine up to NorCal, the Grand Canyon, or even Utah's National Parks (Zion and Bryce are our personal favorites)!Other things to noteRules and Policies -
-Minimum renter age of 25
-No pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Van must be returned with a full tank. If the tank is not full a charge of $150 will be taken from the deposit.
-Dumping of the black and grey water tanks is required before returning the van. If the tanks are seen to be full when the van is returned, a $300 penalty will be deducted from the deposit.
-The standard pick-up window is 12n-2pm, an additional fee will be applied for early pick-up- $50 8am-11am, and $75 for 5am-8am. Please reach out at the time of booking to request an early pick-up.
-The standard drop-off window is 10am-12n an additional fee will be applied for late drop-off - $50 1pm-4pm, $75 for 4pm-7pm, and $100 for 7pm-10pm. Please reach out at the time of booking to discuss drop-off times.
