Big Brave is a vintage but stylish 1996 Winnebago Brave. This 31-foot class A RV comfortably sleeps 4-5 persons. This classic rig was recently remodeled, featuring: upgraded smart TV, on-board Verizon WiFi (ad-on), 4 exterior backup cameras, cold AC, gas range with oven, spacious fridge & separate freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cooking tools and utensils, cups, plate-bowls for 4. There is a furnace/water heater system, two generators, air conditioning throughout the rig, and light blocking & noise reducing curtains for your comfort & privacy. The shower and toilet are separated. This is truly a house on wheels with plenty of storage space and adventure-going amenities.This rig also has optional add-ons like: camping furniture, portable bbq, outdoor games, double hammock, bedding, blankets and pillows.Big Brave loves camping trips and rocking it out at music festivals. Terrible, terrible RV.

We are very sorry you encountered some issues along your trip. Please allow us to address them:
1) Engine heat and AC: During the course of a trip and drivers going back and forth from the driver’s seat, it is possible that the doghouse (engine cover) may have shifted. A simple adjustment of the doghouse resolved this issue. The cab AC worked properly according to the AC mechanic who worked on the RV just 4 days prior to your trip. He even informed me the AC was blowing at 45F.
2) Brakes: We did not know about any brake issues until your trip. I can say this because we had an RV mechanic inspect the brakes just 45 days before your trip, (evidence provided to Outdoorsy). Nonetheless, we acknowledge that you encountered brakes issues and we are very sorry for that. As you may recall, I cooperated with the roadside assistance and covered all the expenses. Once you returned the RV, I took the RV to Midas for a complete brake replacement. Now the RV has new tires and new brakes.
3) TV Mount, Fridge and Hot Water: We fixed the TV mount after your trip; thank you for bringing that to our attention. We checked the fridge latch and it seemed to work properly. The hot water was also working properly, as I showed you during the RV return.
4) Noisy Brakes: We replaced the brakes after your trip and they are completely silent now.
In your review, you listed many points, but failed to mention that you collided the RV into a wall when you were backing up. This collision caused over $5100 in damages to our RV. You requested us to not file a claim for the damages you caused, in return for you to overlook the issues you experienced along your trip. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the damages you caused, I filed an insurance claim to cover for repairs. It is possible, you may feel disgruntled and resentful because of this. In our effort to show good faith, I offered you a partial refund for the trip interruption. Furthermore, I also offered to show you evidence of the RV inspections, AC maintenance and brake repairs made before/after your trip.

Patrick our host was super responsive and so accommodating his partners Vivian and Jose explained all the dues and don’ts of the RV and gave me a proper test drive and thorough overview before leaving for my trip I felt very safe big Brave was super cool and vintage and like a well oiled ship I felt very safe in Big Brave! It accommodated me my fiancé and his three children very comfortably the master bedroom in the back was super comfortable everything was immaculately clean and they even provided a complimentary bottle of cider and birthday hats cause it was my fiancé‘s birthday we had such a wonderful time and we highly recommend big Brave for your next vacation !!
