27 ft . Sleeps 6-8. Hot water and cold fridge. Awning. Cold ducted air. Private queen bed room. Queen pull out that makes the easy pulling 27ft into a 31ft roomy trailer. Weighs a light 5800 that I pull with an SUV. Cheaper than most but still very nice on the inside. I will transport and set -up to Mount Sano or Joe Wheeler State parks . Also Redstone Arsenal ($165.00). Camping only. No festivals, concerts, or races.
