New leather seating, huge U shaped Dinette, sofa bed, queen memory foam mattress in bedroom, good sized pantry, nice shower and separate toilet room, Tons of room and storage for all your goodies!

Reservations for Talladega Races, Music Festivals, and Burning Man Must BE Approved IN Advance or will be cancelled, as rental rates increase the closer you book to the event.
Our policy allows for a maximum of 4 adults per unit. We reserve the right to charge for additional adults and reservations may be revised accordingly.
There Will BE A $500.00 charge for foul odors such as urine or smoking or vaping in the rig or if the rugs, mattresses, mattress cover, or linens smell of smoke or urine.
