5I've rented from many other agencies before and can say with confidence that this is the best RV that I've ever rented. The Sprinter chassis is much better than Ford or Chevy chassis and the Winnebago View is definitely the best outfitted Sprinter based RV out there. During my rental, the RV was in great shape and drove awesome. I did burn a pan during my rental and had to reimburse for that, but overall, great, great experience.

5Working with Nika and Alex was great. Everything went as promised. I would highly recommend renting an RV from them. This was our first time renting an RV. They gave us a great orientation so we were familiar with everything. They also had left us with an ipad that had short 1 minute videos on things like hooking up and using the generator... these videos were life savers because even though we paid attention during the orientation, you forget when you actually go to do it. We had a great family vacation that the kids will always remember thanks to Chill RV.

5Our experience was fantastic with this RV, it was brand new and perfect for our four family group. We made long trip from LA to Grand Canyon, then Las Vegas, Yosemite, San Francisco and finally back to LA. Nike and Alex were very helpful explaining all the features of the RV, even answering phone calls while we were on our way to understand things that we had forgotten on how to operate the different systems. The RV is very complete in features and amenities, so we were entertained during the whole trip of two weeks. Alex was very kind to deliver it and retrieve it where we told them to, so it makes any foreign traveller easy to operate with them. Nothing to bring in, all is included. We had selected their company for the good reviews they have and I want to increase that list, supporting the excellent reviews they have. The Mercedes truck unit is easy to drive and the mileage is great!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We have full instructional videos available on Youtube as well as on the iPad that will come in the RV. We also have QR codes throughout the RV so you can easily access the instructional videos. The RV is 30amps but we supply all the adapters you may need.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Yes, watch our online training videos prior to getting the RV for the best user experience. :)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
A night of reservation is 24 hours, so whatever time you pick up the RV will be the same time that the RV is due back. For example 12pm-12pm. If you would like to extend the reservation by a couple of hours, you may do so with prior notice at $20 per hour. Earliest pick up is 8:30am, latest return is 8pm.
