2014 Flagstaff Classic Super Lite
2014 Flagstaff, 34 foot travel trailer with two slideouts. The dry weight of the coach is 7,500 lbs with a tongue/hitch weight of 1075 lbs and requires a full size pickup to tow it. A 1,200 lbs weight distribution hitch, bars and sway control come with the rental and must be fitted to the tow vehicle to ensure safe travel. [owner tows this unit with a 2017 Ford F150 Ecoboost rated at 13,800 pounds towing.Trailer has a large front kitchen and dining area with a three burner stove top and oven, a microwave oven and a 7 cubic foot refrigerator and freezer. (all flatware, chefs knives, BBQ tools etc are included along with kitchen towels etc. The Dometic refrigerator is both gas and electric with an automatic detection system, so everything in the refrig/freezer stays cold while traveling. The living area has a sofa that makes into a full size bed, a full size leather recliner, a 42 inch flat screen tv with stereo for inside and outside. A portable TV can be connected outside. The coach has a Direct TV antenna and receiver There is a propane BBQ that connects to the outside of the trailer. Coach has a 6 gallon water heater that is both electric and propane. There is a panel above the entertainment center that controls all the inside and outside lighting.The full bathroom is in the center of the coach and is equipped with a flush toilet, full sink and counter top and mirrored cabinet and lots of storage space. (bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes etc are provided. There is a towel drying rack on the bathroom door. (A first aid kit is also provided along with a hair dryer. There is an electric exhaust fan with both on unit and wall mounted control. The fan has three speeds.Trailer has a large bedroom in the back (second slide out) with a queen mattress, a large mirrored wardrobe, large dresser and lots of drawers and under bed storage. (Linens and bedding come with the rental)The coach has minimal carpeting (ordered that way from the factory) so clean up is easy.Coach has a 15,000 btu A/C unit that is a central air and has a central heating system as well. Coach has power leveling jacks and a 3,500 lbs tongue jack. Coach has three sets of leveling blocks, two parking brakes with wrench, sewer hoses and all necessary connections to allow full hook ups for all holding tanks, plus a 25 foot 30 amp electrical cable with adapters.. There is an outside shower. Coach comes with a 50 fresh water hose and carrier.Coach comes with extra extension cables (for outside), outdoor decorative lights and extra coaxial cable for the Direct TV system. Coach has two folding camp chairs and two folding camp rocking chairs, outdoor tables and two folding ottomans for outside use. The rear of the coach has a ladder rack for camp chairs and a ladder rack for the portable 18 gallon "Honey Wagon". Don't know what that is, Google It!Coach has new tires (85 psi , two 60 pound propane tanks and two group 24 batteries hooked in series so that you can run the coach for at least two days without shore power. All coach lighting is LED.This coach is well equipped so you don't have to bring bedding, towels, flatware, pots and pans, bbq tool etc. It even comes with an assortment of DVD movies. This travel trailer is ready to hit the road and the campground.
