Includes queen bed in separate room, 4 bunks, fold out couch, and table folds down into bed. TV with DVD player, outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen and shower. Basic kitchen equipment is provided. We allow small dogs up to 25 pounds when you pay the optional pet fee. A small generator generator can be rented for an additional fee. - Trailer returned dirty (inside or out) - $75
- Waste tanks are not empty and flushed out - $75
- Propane tanks are not full - $50
- Evidence of smoking inside trailer - $300
- Evidence of pet residing inside trailer without paying pet fee - $100
