Great for families! Sleeps 10. 2 spacious private rooms (RV king size bed in one room with a ton of storage. Bunk beds in the other room with private TV, storage and 2 "cub chairs" that open into beds.), Full kitchen with big refrigerator, gas stove and oven, double sinks and microwave. Shower and bath combo in bathroom with ceramic toilet and plenty of storage. Large pantry. Full outdoor kitchen and shower head. Super clean, like new!Tell us a little about yourself :)
We would Love to hear about you, your planned adventure and your traveling experience! We are exceptionally communicative and answer our messages promptly. We love getting to know our renters!For the convenience of our guests, we have included in our camper everything you would need to camp (minus the linens that can be purchased as an add-on) :
Pots/Pans, Cooking utensils, plates/bowls, cups, silverware, tupperware, coffee pot, mini crockpot, 2 rolls RV toilet paper, cleaning supplies, dish soap/sponge, first aid kit, shampoo/conditioner/body wash hotel samples, roku streaming device, basic grilling utensils, 2 lawn chairs, outdoor games, deck of cards, dominos etc. If there is anything else you would need, please feel free to inquire, we might be able to accommodate.We are also more than willing to deliver the trailer, set it up and retrieve it, as long as our schedule permits:
- Within 25 miles of the RV storage for $75.
- Within 50 miles of the RV storage for $150.
We can possibly travel further for an additional fee of $3.00 per mile. Prior arrangements must be made.Please note that there will be fees incurred (taken from the security deposit) if any of the following occur:
- $500 fee if there is any smoking or smoke smell. There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping in our trailer.
- Loss of total deposit for any pet smell or damage of unapproved pets. Case by case exceptions may made but we will need to discuss that before hand, and an additional pet deposit will be required.
- $150 fee if the trailer is brought back to us excessively dirty and would require more than usual cleaning. We will provide a short list of the things we expect to be cleaned upon your return in the renters manual we have put together. We want our guests to relax and unwind during their stay but we do ask for a minimum of upkeep of our belongings.
- $100 Dump fee if the Grey and Black water tanks are not brought back empty. Our intentions are not to nickel and dime our guests but it is not easy to empty these tanks away from the camp site connections, and to be quite frank, cleaning someone else's waste isn't what we want to be doing on our day off.If a long distance trip is planned, please be aware of the mileage charges: 100 miles included per day
$0.35/per mile of additional mileage.Pickup / drop off time: We kindly ask that the pickup and drop off times be set 48 hours prior to pick up and drop off. We are super flexible, but with 2 small children under feet, it is extremely difficult for us to plan our schedule when we don't know what time we are needed.Vehicle Requirements: To ensure safe and legal transit, tow vehicle must meet specifications. The Lessee must have a brake controller installed in the vehicle. The vehicle must have a 7-Way round plug for travel trailers. Vehicle must be able to safely tow 11 000 lbs. We would prefer our lessee use our tow and hitch because we have sway bars that add extra support. (We will accept the use of your own equipment if we feel it is just as safe.) We have a 2" inch hitch and we also have an adapter for the 2 1/2" receiver if needed.
ALL drivers of our trailer need to be listed and approved on your rental agreement for insurance purposes. In the unfortunate event of an accident, anyone who is driving and not listed on that policy will not be covered by insurance and the lessee will be responsible for all costs associated.

Please plan for a 60 minute check out and orientation prior to departure as well as return walk-through. All vehicles not returned within 24 hours of agreed upon return time will be charged additional days until returned. If this causes us loss of revenue due to an overlap with another renters time frame, lessee will be charged accordingly. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to our trailer during rental. Be advised: personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance, therefor we regretfully prohibit the use. Climbing on the roof is prohibited.
