Camping with an RV is a great way to spend the summer, and if you enjoy being amid scenic outdoors, head to Oklahoma to the town of Spavinaw, home to Spavinaw State Park. This small state park at about 35 acres is big on recreational value with plenty of outdoor activities to look forward to when you go camping at Spavinaw State Park. While Spavinaw Lake is the result of a dam built over the Spavinaw Creek, it has a dual purpose of recreation and providing water to the city of Tulsa about fifty miles away.
