The Vehicle provided under this rental agreement is designated strictly as a Stationary/Immobile Rental. Under no circumstances is the Renter, or any associate of the Renter, permitted to drive, tow, move, or otherwise relocate the Vehicle from its designated delivery location.2. $5,000 Unauthorized Movement Penalty Any unauthorized movement or relocation of the Vehicle shall constitute a material breach of this Rental Agreement. In the event the Vehicle is moved by even a minimal distance, the Renter agrees to pay an immediate, non-negotiable Contractual Fine of $5,000.00 USD.3. Void OF Insurance AND Protection Coveragesrenter acknowledges and agrees that moving a designated stationary vehicle explicitly violates the Terms of Service of the platform (Outdoorsy) and voids all associated insurance, roadside assistance, and protection packages.Upon unauthorized movement, all insurance coverage ceases immediately. The Renter assumes 100% personal financial and legal liability for any and all physical damage, mechanical failure, structural wear, or third-party liabilities that occur during or after the unauthorized movement.What's included• Fresh linens + towels

• Please return RV picked up
• Obey all traffic laws and drive carefully- this is a luxury vehicle that deserves respect
• No climbing on the roof
• Use only approved hook ups for water and power
• Always disconnect hook ups before moving the vehicle
• Turn off the generator and propane when refueling or parked in restricted areas
