She's a basic beauty, offering fun for the whole family. Our Georgetown 3Series, or "Holly" as we like to call her, is our get-away pride and joy. Holly has been an absolute delight for our family, and we are sure she will bring that same energy to your RV'enture. She comes with multiple beds and plenty to keep your entire crew comfortable and entertained for the duration of your trip. Equipped with 5 TVs (4 interior/1 exterior), 3 DVD players (and a collection of over 80 DVDs), a PlayStation 4 (with internet capability and multiple games), a Nintendo Switch (with internet capability and multiple games), Bluetooth, Indoor/Outdoor speakers, and a broad collection of board games and activities for all ages! There will be no shortage of fun whether you're looking to enjoy the outdoors or just relax while you glamp. All you need to do is prepare for adventurous memory making!We travel with 2 adults and 3 kids regularly. The beds are: 1 x Master short Queen, 2 x Twin Bunks, 1 x Twin Loft (180lb weight limit), 1 x Full fold-out sofa, and 1 x Full dinette fold-down. The bunks and loft are best for kids. Our family had an amazing trip with Holly! We had no issues, and it was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be reaching out to Michelle and Dan (who were always just a message away) to rent again next year for our annual Loretta Lynn's trip!

• No smoking. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $250 charge. • No bacon or sausage cooking inside the RV. We’ve provided an electric griddle which is great for cooking outside. An additional $100 cleaning fee will apply. • Additional charges for overages on generator and miles, see listing. • Emptying grey and black tanks is required. $200 fee if not done. • Closing tank valves after use is required. It is an environmental hazard to leave them open. • Cleaning is expected. Wash the dishes, strip the beds and place linens in the basket, wipe down surfaces and sweep the floor. We will sanitize, but please do a basic cleaning after yourself. • Check the RV for your belongings. There will be a minimum $10 mailing fee for returning items. • Delivery and Setup charges will be calculated initially as one way, and then doubled for pickup. • all rentals are subject to safe travel and setup locations. If requesting delivery/pickup, pictures must be submitted of drives/approach and final setup locations. • if staying outside of a traditional RV park, exact location and pictures must be submitted prior to approval

What essentials do I need?

We have nearly everything you need for a RV getaway. You will need to supply your clothing, toiletries and food. Pillows and towels available upon request.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Holly is pretty straight-forward, though we do recommend some experience with driving larger vehicles if you choose to "self-drive". We do require a detailed walk-through and driving review prior to departure (we can work with you on scheduling). We have a full digital and printed handbook with information on operating the motorhome. Finally, we are available 24/7 for emergency and during work hours with general questions you may have.

How does delivery and setup work?

A.

We are happy to offer delivery and setup for trips within 150 miles of Old Hickory (Suburb of Nashville in the same county, Davidson County, Tennessee, some fees apply.) We will drive the RV out to your desired location, pop her out, set up utilities, beds, etc. and have her ready to go for your arrival. You just need to open the door and enjoy! On the last day of your rental, we will meet you at your location for close out. Please message us directly to work out details!
