This is perfect home away from home. It is well appointed. Brand New, Beautiful RV. Sleeps 6 comfortably up to a total of 10.Our RV has 1 Queen Bed over the Cargo with ladder. Master Queen Bed has a memory foam mattress w/ tv and plenty of storage. We have 2 Twin Bunk beds (tv for those bunks). Our living room has a double pull out couch. Our Dinette turns into a full bed. We sleep 6 comfortably in beds and bunks with a total of 10 when you include the sofa and dinette that convert into beds.Full kitchen, Plenty of cabinets for storage, microwave, 3 burner stove top and oven. Double sink, Full Bath with Shower. 2 refrigerators, one inside and one out. Central Air & Heat. Kitchen has a full refrigerator and freezer. Outside has a medium refrigerator. 4 TVs, 3 inside and 1 outside. We include the cable wire to connect for locations that provide Cable. We include a DVD player in the main room for your Entertainment Pleasure, Roku for the Master and Roku for the outdoor TV. We can stock plates, mugs, cups, silverware, pots, pans and cooking utensils for an additional fee.Our RV has an Automatic Leveling System. Just push a button and it levels itself.We have Bluetooth inside and out. You can connect when driving and use the screen for GPS. There is an outside stereo system for when for when you are stationary, just connect through Bluetooth.We have a retractable awning with LED Lighting for comfortable outdoor seating while watching TV or enjoying the outdoors.We provide extra amenities if you need cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, outdoor set (zero gravity chairs, chairs, outdoor rug, small table) and prep table for an extra fee. (Listed in fees)What's includedFresh linens in the Master Bedroom & bunk beds. We provide kitchen towels, wash cloths and bathroom towels. Each room has it's own TV (Master, bunks and Main Room) with Roku TV in the Main Room. Bluetooth inside and outside speakers.RecommendationsWe need to go over the RV prior to leaving so you understand what's need and the operations. I recommend you bring your own pillows and extra blankets, trash bags and we recommend buying extra RV Toilet paper in addition to what we provide you. Only RV/Boat Toilet paper. Be sure to flush any tissue in the toilet by holding the flush for a count of 4. Do not put anything else in the toilet! Feminine Products need to go in trash.Other things to noteNO Smoking
If you rent our kitchen set, please thoroughly clean and put away in designated areas.
If you rent outdoor rug and chairs, please sweep rug and wipe down chairs and table before putting away.
Take any linens that were used and put in a neat pile on master bed.
Any used towels, please put in a pile in the shower.
Make sure you thoroughly flush out the gray and black lines before returning.

The RV and Regis the host were great. This was my first time ever taking an RV on the road, we spent the weekend at Montgomery Bell, State Park. the RV was very comfortable for me and my for mostly adult kids. We use the stove, cooktop, oven and refrigerator and the shower. It was spacious and room for everybody to have their own bed. I highly recommend this host and RV.

Working with Christi was such a breeze! Her and Regis made the whole experience of renting super pleasant. The RV itself is in great shape. The beds were super comfortable, and we had plenty of room to move about and store our things. This was our first time to rent and operate an RV, and they made it as easy as possible for us--we would 100% rent this RV from them again!!!

Regis and Christi are entrepreneurs. We own a Non-Traditional Mobile Billboard company. Our other company is YOUR Healthy Vending and we own Bnb's in Nashville, TN. We are new parents and love to travel, so we got ourselves an RV to share. We are total foodies, love great wine, great music and to experience new and cool outside adventures and most importantly spending time with our baby girl. We want our little girl to experience and appreciate the outdoors as much as possible. Regis personally loves to golf, play poker, smoke cigars, ride my electric bikes and fly drones in my free time. Outdoors is a perfect place for most of this. Christi love to ride her horse when not RV'ing, is a certified yoga teacher, advocates for animal rescue (wild and domestic) and is on the board of directors of the Brain Injury Association of TN. We are available for our guests at any time, if they need us. It's important that our guests have the most enjoyable time while feeling at home, as much as we do, while enjoying the outdoors.
