The master bed and one of the bunk beds have an extra mattress topper. An outside shower allows washing sandy feet, dirty kids and pets before entering. The power awning makes making shade super easy!For the outside, a small table and three chairs are included. A patio mat helps you enjoy barefoot living outside!Towels, bed linens, comforters, Corelle dishes are included!

Cleaning
When you pickup or we deliver, our entire camper, floors, countertops, bedding and all linens have been thoroughly cleaned for you. It is expected/required that with the exception of the linens, that the camper is returned in similar condition. Dish soap, hand-vac, broom and dustpan, and Swiffer Mop are provided. If dishes are washed, put away, and the camper is clean, there is no cleaning fee (taken from deposit). Otherwise there is a $50 fee assessed to deposit for cleaning.

Empty tanks
If the black and grey water tanks have been emptied at your campsite, there is no fee. Otherwise, a $55 fee is charged to the deposit. After emptying: Using the control panel inside of the door, you can push the “Black” tank button and the "Grey" tank button to be sure that the level reads “0%” or has only one green dot.
