Sean started renting his personal RV out in December of 2017 - it went so well that he purchased another one and then another one and again another one. Since then, he has invested into 23 RVs to rent out to wonderful people because things were going so good on the initial three. The RV Rentals started getting so busy that he hired Sergio and Karen to help manage, maintain and work with our marvelous customers. All three of us go on fun RV trips about 3-4 times a year into the desert and mountains. We all love our families very much and love hanging with them whether it be out camping, eating dinner or just watching movies. You will be happy to rent out any of our RVs as it will always be clean and packed with positive goodness for you! We are extremely clean people and will also make sure that the RV will smell good upon pick up. Have fun!

The owners were great and super communicative. However, the rv mirrors would shake and not stay in place as well as the electric mirror adjuster switch was broken. The gear shift indicator was broken and didn’t know what gear the engine was in. This main things made me feel unsafe. The awning didn’t work, the extra blankets we were given were stained and had dried up pasta on it, there were goldfish snacks behind the couch, and there were pellet bullets in one of the drawers from previous renters.

Our overall experience was good not great. We thought 3 stars was a fair rating. The positive- our point of contact was Sergio. We had a few questions and he responded within a reasonable amount of time. That's was a relief. The coach ran well engine wise and mechanically inside. The water pump, toilet flushing, generator and batteries worked without issues. A must for "dry camping" The mattress was comfortable and pullout couch worked fine. There was a plethora amount of storage space. More than I've ever seen in other RV's. The pop up Tv was a useful perk for being tucked away and it had a nice picture too. The gas and propane tanks were full, the holding tanks were empty upon delivery. I've heard horrible stories of toilets backing up because the tanks were not emptied prior and gauges weren't accurate. The water was at 2/3 full. We topped off as we were dry camping in the desert. The owners communicate well. ( for we paid for delivery and pickup) The disappointments- wear and tear, cleanliness and nonfunctional features. Almost every screen had either tears, holes or coming apart at the frame. There was no latch on the screen door so it was constantly ajar 4 inches. These make for an annoying bug issue... There were automatic leveling jacks however the feature was removed and therefore useless. They did provide blocks. We didn't know about this and possibly it was in the ad and we overlooked it. Leveling jacks while camping at Glamis are a must. We were grateful to find a space on the pads. There was no automatic awning; it had been removed. The owner apologized for not notifying us prior and substituted and easy-up. ( the ad specifically mentions the ease of the awning) Had we been aware of the level jacks and awning being removed we would not have rented being we were camping in the desert. There was only 1 shelf in the refrigerator and it was broken. Food essentially is all over and falls out when opening the door. The lights above the kitchen counter were burned out or just not working for some reason. The shelf under the kitchen sink was broken; hence unusable. Some of the cabinet door hinges were coming loose and falling off. The cleanliness was average. The sink, toilet and shower were clean. The refrigerator still had crumbs and food residue I presume from prior renters. The kitchen cabinets too needed to be wiped and vacuumed out. There were numerous scratches, dents and mares inside and out. However they didn't impede on its overall function. I made known to the owner most of what I have mentioned above and unfortunately there has been no compensation. As a previous owner of RV's they require maintenance and repair period, and especially renting... Additionally if you rent to the public a thorough cleaning makes for a more overall pleasant experience. To sum up our experience, it sufficed our needs, functioned in the necessities and we were safe and sound at the end of our weekend ; yet fell short in comparing the ad, description and pictures in what we actually received. Not a bad unit just needs repair and maintenance. Happy Camping!
