Our brand new 2021 Coachman Leprechaun 260 QB with one of the most popular floor plans available. Great overall size with great interior space and sleeping for 6 very comfortably, but can fit 8 fine. Rear bedroom has lots of windows with natural light. On suite bath can be closed off for privacy from main cabin area or open to the main cabin are. Also, a big hit in our family is that the toilet and shower are separate, so both can be used at the same time! The dinette as well as the couch both convert to beds and you still also have a large over head sleeper. Kitchen is well equipped with Stove top, oven, microwave, fridge and dual sinks. Stay comfortable in any weather with ducted heating and cooling systems. Dry camp and take care of all your power needs with an Onan 4.0 KW generator and dual AUX batteries. Power Patio awning, back up camera, TV, large rear storage with 3 access points. This is a great and easy to drive RV, and we hope you love it as much as our family does! Please reach out if you have any questions as we are pretty flexible** Please note that pick up is after 2pm and drop off is 12pm. If you need an early morning pick up or late drop off please let me know so we can figure something out. Thanks! What's includedInclude is the following: Linens and pillows, plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans, cutting board, wine glasses, and a coffee pot. If there is something common that is not listed please reach out because I'm sure I forgot to list this. Thanks!RecommendationsThe best thing about a class-C RV is it's super versatile and can be taken pretty much anywhere since it has its own water and sewage holding tanks. We recommend booking a campsite that has RV hookups, which means you'll have an unlimited supply of water to the RV and a place where sewage waste is disposed of. One of my favorite places is Sequoia National Park... it's just BEAUTIFUL and serene. Here's another idea: find some BLM (Bureau of Land Management) land and 'dry camp'. BLM land is federally owned and can be camped on for up to 14 days without paying for a reservation. You can find hundreds of thousands of acres of BLM areas if you just Google 'BLM camping spots', 'boondocking spots', or 'dry camping spots' near the area you want to camp. REMEMBER: when dry camping, you have NO water or sewage hook ups, so use your water sparingly and keep an eye to see if your sewage or grey water tanks are full. Some of my favorite BLM spots are the San Bernardino Yellow Post Sites, Alabama Hills, and pretty much anything off of Highway 395.Other things to noteThis is our family motorhome. Please treat it as if it were your own.
