The owners are very nice. The camper pulls very nice down the road and the hot water heater works Great! There were issues with the camper which should be corrected before anyone else takes it out. A discount on the rental was agreed to in consideration of the troubles.

We had a great vacation! The trailer was clean and fully equipped. They provided a full kitchen set, camp chairs and a raft for the lake and games and treats for my 4 children.

Talon and Nicole spent a lot of time going over the trailer with me, making sure I understood how to pop-up/ collapse the trailer and work all the amenities. Allow yourself enough time for this! It was helpful! Popping-up/ collapsing the trailer is all manual and doable with one person, though 2-3 people made it quick and smooth.
I didnt end up using most of the amenities, like toilet, shower, stove, heater. I only used the sink and LED lights which all worked great. We dug a hole outside for the sink exit pipe to drain into, so we didn't have any issues with it draining to nearby tents. Lights and water pump worked great and we didn't have any battery issues.
The fresh water tank is 10 gallons, and the toilet sewage tank is 3 gallons and is dumped by hand. (We were right by another bathroom so we didnt worry about using it.)
We brought our own sleeping bags and sheets to go underneath as an added cleanliness barrier. The one cute chevron quilt shown in the pictures was included but without sheets. It was too cold anyway for traditional bedding and we generally prefer our own sleeping bags.
The trailer was clean upon pick up, and Nicole did one more wipe down while I was there as a Covid-19 precaution.
Trailer towed well, especially after I put a little weight in it. I have a Suburban with automatic rear air shocks and even with a drop hitch it rode a little high. It would tow even better behind a lower vehicle. It takes a flat 4-point trailer light connection, so you may need an adapter for that.
This trailer is almost 25 years old so yes, it has some quirks associated with age, but Talon did a good job pointing them out and everything worked great for our trip!!
