Our 32 ft ACE is perfect for families and groups. With a private master, 2 queen beds, bunkhouse with privacy curtains and individual TV’s w DVD player, Bluetooth capability, rear bedroom stereo w aux port, 5 TV’s, an outdoor flatscreen, Blueray player, full size shower, swivel captains chairs, leatherette furniture, outdoor shower, overhead electric fold down queen bed, this RV sleeps up to 9 people and has all the comforts of home! We fully stock it with linens, dishes, soaps, cleaning products, camp chairs, towels and all the necessities. You just pack your disposable items and enjoy your vacation!
Please note that upon pick up, we require renters to agree to and sign our terms of agreement and liability waiver. Please plan on 45 mins -1 hr for walk thru and systems training. Renter and owner will complete walk thru and notate any damages, document generator hours and odometer reading.

Appliances: The AC, furnace, water heater, refrigerator/freezer, generator, awning, radio, microwave, TVs, DVD/Blue Ray players, jacks, kitchen appliances, etc; are all convenience items. If any malfunctions shall occur with these items, no compensation will be made to you. For assistance you are advised to consult the RV manual.
Renter Damages: If the RV and or contents in the RV during the rental period are damaged you will be responsible to pay all damages whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature. If an accident/event of any kind occurs you are responsible to contact law enforcement immediately and obtain a police report asap. You are responsible to contact us as owners within 24 hours to report event/accident/damage. You may also gathe the other parties’ insurance insurance information (if another party is involved) Failure to gather other parties insurance information may infringe additional liability on you personally. Please contact us immediately at 801-735-3375 24/7 in the event of such occurrence.
Campground reservations: We are not responsibility for campground reservations. All campground reservations must be made with the campground reservation agency. All campground and site fees are separate and in addition to rental price and fees.
Extending rental times: You are responsible to reviewing this agreement to ensure costs and dates are correct. If you wish to extend the rental period you must speak with us for approval. If you do not vacate at the scheduled rental check out time on the scheduled rental period end date you will be charged additional rental days and inconvenience fees.
Attorney fees: In the event dispute arises regarding this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to cover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Hi! We are a family of 5 who loves to travel in the peace, luxury and comforts in our home away from home! Working for an airline allows us to get away quite a bit but when our kids were babies we bought our first RV so we could enjoy the conveniences of home on the road. We got hooked and have since upgraded our rig! We enjoy dry camping all over the west and have even done a month long cross country trip with our kids. We also love spending time with our dogs, DIY projects, and trying anything new. We hope to share our love of RV-ing with others!
