(Preparation fee is not the cleaning fee) the way you take the RV out is the way it should be returned unless you plan on paying cleaning fees which is OK . excessive deep cleaning will be an extra $100. cleaning with a windshield wiper just won’t cut it. you might be charged for damage fee’s done to it.. It’ll take a more than a few hours to clean inside and out ,professional RV detailer recommended..”not a party bus” This is our family RV it is very clean (children, friendly).No crossing into other countries,sorry no Mexico due to insurance issues .

RVing.without hook ups can be difficult unless highly experienced .Using the generator is awful.the noise level the heat .. you will be limited to water/grey tank/black tank, you will find it very limited, and electricity limited. Boondocking is at your own comfort/risk of not having AC,,water and electricityOther things to noteTo keep your trip in a timely matterThe last campsite should be closest to home. that way you’ll have more time to unpack and clean instead of racing it all the way back. Keep it under 80 mph rule . if you need a bike rack, I will loan you mine at no cost just let me know ahead of time

5.0Rv runs great. Owner has it well maintained and explains everything you need to know from the beginning. He is very upfront with fees that may occur. But he is very fair and will work with you. The RV was fun and reliable. Perfect for the group I had of four.
