Clean, never smoked in travel trailer. The configuration is queen bed in the front with a quasi sealed off bedroom. In the middle, full kitchen including oven, and dining table which slides out for a nice expanded floor space. In the back, 2 double bunk beds and bathroom including shower, sink and toilet. It can sleep 6 comfortably. It also has an outdoor shower, bluetooth stereo with outside/inside speakers.If towing, this is a really light trailer for its size, with a dry weight of just 4500 lbs. It is very easily towable with any 1/2 ton pickup or large SUV.The trailer is fully stocked with everything you need including plates, glasses, silverware, linens, towels, camping chairs, kids toys, board games, you name it. All you bring is food, the rest will be there for you.Please note the A/C and microwave both only run if there is a power source, either a generator or a site with power. If dry camping, those two features will be unavailable. Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking inside please.

The default setting is 3pm pickup and 11am drop-off. But within reason I can accommodate earlier/later for both times.
