Glamping at its best and simplest this unit has a queen bed in the front with an upgraded 8in hypoallergenic memory foam with gel layer mattress to maximize your comfort. There is a set of bunks at the rear of the trailer. The bottom bunk also has an upgraded foam pad. There is a conversion dinette which makes another sleeping area best suited for a small adult or kids. Total this trailer will sleep 5 - two adults for the queen bed two kids for the bunk beds and then either one smaller adult or another child for the dinette sleeper.The bathroom has an upgraded shower head and high side tub perfect for bathing kids or hanging up your gear and bathing suits to dry!
The kitchen area has a propane cooktop, microwave, and sink area. There is quite a bit of counter space for this size of a kitchen. There is also a fridge with a small freezer area which can run on propane or electrical. The dinette and the sink area both have windows which are so relaxing and nice for enjoying the view.
Furrion stereo and surround sound system for enjoying your favorite media inside or out or both! It has an antenna for local radio stations, an AUX port and USB port, as well as speakers inside and out and TV mount on the exterior of the trailer, TV not included.
Tons of storage for its size, there are cabinets above the queen bed, above and below sink, above the dinette, under the dinette seats, under the queen bed, and under the bunk!There is a garage and basement area which are both accessible from outside.With hitch weight of 417 lb and gross weight of 3900 lb this trailer can be pulled by a wide variety of vehicles. The trailer has its own brakes as well as sway bar on the hitch. which helps your trip to be smooth and safe. There is a cargo rack on the rear of the trailer which has a 200 lb capacity to help carry your gear.***Safety/Caution Notes***
- Please ensure all the breakers are off when connecting or disconnecting shore power.
- Use pressure regulator for water connection.
- When turning on the water heater make sure all of the air has been let out of the water lines by running water through the hot and cold of the sink and tub.
- Do not climb on the roof.
- When dumping the waste tanks ensure you're only dumping one tank at a time by making sure you close one valve before you open another. Also, always dump the black water tank prior to dumping grey water tank because this helps to flush the lines.
- Please do not use bar soap in the shower because this leaves a film residue on the walls of the shower.
- Only use RV camper toilet paper and use lots and lots of water when you flush the toilet. Do not flush wet wipes down the toilet.++Rental info++-We are more than happy to deliver and set up within 100 miles of Baton Rouge with at least 2 days notice.
