2016 Keystone RV Summerland
This is a great choice if you’ve got kids or would like to entertain a family. A large slideout adds to the spacious comfort of the experience, and pleated dividers and a wall allow for a bit of privacy for the main bedroom. The trailer also has the winter package, adding insulation and comfort to your stay.The bottom bunk folds up and there is an outdoor access (fully key lockable) to the outside, making it easy to store and transport extra gear such as bikes.The trailer has a fridge, stove, microwave, oven, furnace, ventilation fans, and air conditioning. The table is a large U-shape for extra seating. The shower has a small tub, great for bathing small children. There’s also a TV & DVD/Stereo, and a power awning.Delivery within a 50 mile radius is available upon request, subject to availability, and will typically be delivered around 5:00 pm.
Weekend rentals without delivery must be picked up no later than 4:00 pm on Friday. What's includedBedding for the master and 2 bunks, dishes, cups, silverware, a small coffee pot, basic cooking utensils (pots, pans, spatula, etc)

The trailer was fine. Most of the problems I had were a lack of my understanding on how to use the trailer. There is a leak more of a drip from the slide out over the dinette area and the light above the dinette area does not work either, probably due to the leak. As far as the host goes, I think he was very easy to deal with, very accommodating, and very understanding.

We had a great time renting Eric’s trailer for the second time. Everything works great and Eric ensures that water and gas tanks are filled. Beds are made and all kitchen basics are provided. The sofa has seen a lot of use, but was still enjoyed. Floors were a little dirty along with sink, but easily ignorable since we were camping. Thank you Eric!

Great weekend camping trip in Eric’s trailer. All the basic necessities were stocked. Everything in working order. We didn’t use toilet or shower. Main bed was ok, firm, but sunk in the middle a little. The slide out makes it feel very spacious inside. Overall pretty clean, welcome mat and carpeted areas needed a once over with a vacuum. Fit our needs well for our short camping trip.

Eric was super easy to get ahold of and very accommodating!! Trailer was super clean and they even had s’mores tray set out for us. Would definitely rent from them again.
